To whom it may concern-

I am writing this letter to recommend Hailey West as a Graphic Designer. Hailey is by far one of the most

talented, diligent, creative, driven, organized, and all-around incredible employees we have ever been

fortunate enough to work with. I would recommend her to any employer and wish I could do even more

than write this letter as it does not nearly do her justice.

Hailey’s expansive knowledge of graphic design as well as social platforms and motion graphics is crucial

factor in The Mayfair Group’s vast successes. She has been incredibly responsive to her duties and is

able to interpret even the most complex instructions. She is a key resource for the members in her

department and she has been a supervisor for over a year.

Hailey has been the team lead on several service projects in addition to her day to day workload. Not only

did she complete all tasks within deadline, but she finished with flying colors. Every client that has come

in contact with Hailey has been blown away by her unapparelled innovation and professionalism. She has

garnered nothing but respect from her peers and they view her as a key decision maker within the
